Gary Crew is an award-winning author of many books for young adults and children. He has won four Children’s Book Council of Australia awards, The Royal Zoological Society of NSW Whitley Award and The Wilderness Society Environment Award for Children’s Literature.


About the Illustrator

Growing up in country Victoria, Naomi Turvey has always been inspired by the natural environment surrounding her, often combining these elements with whimsical fairytale-like creatures in her illustrations. Naomi completed her Diploma of illustration at Chisholm Institute in 2012.
