Akshay is an illustrator and storyteller dedicated to fostering emotional intelligence and compassion in children through his art.
With diverse experience in illustration, multimedia, and animation, he believes drawings and paintings are vital tools for storytelling — for both the young and the young at heart. ‘Words,’ he says, ‘can convey emotions. Via art, we feel them more personally.’ His aim is to illustrate over a hundred children’s books, using a varied palette of styles and emotions.
