Shipping information

Ford Street Publishing offers $7 shipping anywhere inside Australia, and free shipping for orders over $75. We generally ship sendle.com which is tracked, or via standard Auspost, without tracking, particularly for small orders under $20.

If you would like your parcel to be tracked, we can provide parcel tracking at a rate of $10 (handling + tracking costs) plus $4 per book.

For countries outside of Australia, a flat-rate shipping fee of $25 applies, plus $5 per book.

Your shipping address, added during the checkout process, will automatically determine shipping costs at the lowest value, and it’s your choice if you would like to select the more expensive, tracked, option.

Shipping times will vary obviously due to COVID-19 delays, however you can usually rely on your order to arrive anywhere in metro Victoria within 2-4 business days. For elsewhere in Australia, please allow up to two weeks, as there can be significant shipping delays when there are border closures. International shipping times will vary greatly in these times however rest assured all of our packages include tracking.

Product Returns

If you believe the books you’ve received are defective, or ask for a refund based as the condition isn’t as you expected, please contact paul@fordstreetpublishing.com and provide a photo and your Order number, which is available in your purchase email. We will do everything in our power to come up with a solution.

If you have received the wrong product in your order, please contact us at paul@fordstreetpublishing.com with your Order number, and we’ll be happy to refund straight away, or exchange for another book of equal value.
